Grade:

K10: It is the first choice for medium to rough machining of cast iron,nodular cast iron and under high cutting speed.It’s also suitable for finish machining of ordinary cast iron.

K20:Suitable for semi-finish and finish turning of cast iron,non-ferrous metals and their alloys and non-metal materials,small-section finish turning ,thread rough turning,cyclone thread tuning,continuous seceon semi-finish milling and finish milling,and reaming,etc.with such materials.

K30: Suitable for rough machining,uough planning,rough milling,drilling ordinary holes and deep holes,reaming of cast iron,non-ferrous metals and their alloys and non-mital materials with uneven surface as well as intermittent cutting.

P10:Suitable for rough,semi-finish and finsh turning of carbon steel and alloy steel during continuous cutting,finish turining and cyclone thread turning during continuous cutting,continous surface semi-finish and finish milling,rough reaming and finish reaming of holes.

P20:Suitable for rough turning during cutting carbon steel and alloy steel with unevn surface and continuous surface,semi-finish and finish turning during intermitten cutting,rough milling of continuous secteon and expansion drilling of the cast holes.

P30:Suitable for rough machining ,rough snaving,semi-finish snaving of carbon steel and alloy steel(including the surface for steel workpieces,punched worpieces and cast workpieces)wih uneven surface and during intermittent cutting,rough milling and drilling of mon-continuous surface.

P25:Suitable for rough turning milling and shaving of carbon steel ,cast steel,high manganese steelhigh strength steel and alloy steel.

M10:Suitable for machining difficult steel materials,such as heat resistant steel,high manganese carbon steel,stainless steel,as well as ordinary steel and cast iron.
